Il film è un ibrido tra film-concerto e fiction narrativa. Due rapper norvegesi: l'indù Chirag (la Scimmia) e il musulmano Magdi (la Bocca) con la loro band Karpe Diem si battono per la libertà, con i loro testi espliciti sul razzismo e le diseguaglianze della società; ma vengono condannati a morte in un mondo totalitario alla Orwell.

The film is a hybrid between concert film and fictional narrative. Two Norwegian rappers: the Hindu Chirag (the Monkey) and the Muslim Madgi (the Mouth) with their band Karpe Diem fight for freedom, with their plainspoken lyrics about racism and society inequalities; but are sentenced to death in an Orwellian, totalitarian world.
